I've finished the knitting portion of the blanket, and tonight I embarked on the crocheting. After much thought, I decided to just do some single crochet rows around the blanket and then I'll do a picot edge at the very end. It's definitely smaller than I would like, but I was limited by the amount of brown I had. It will be good for the baby to drag around though, or to stuff in the car seat. Also, the yellow and orange are not as vivid in real life.
Tomorrow I'll show you the lion applique and hopefully the blanket will be finished and blocking for the final time!
