Fish Fry Friday!
I grew up in northeastern Wisconsin and some of my favorite memories are of attending Lenten Fish Fries at the former Marinette Catholic Central High School gym. A quick Google search even produced this. A fish fry within walking distance to my parents house, going on at this very minute! I wish I were there. Here's a picture of a classic Wisconsin fish fry to show you all what I'm talking about.

When I was little we spent two weeks every August in Lake Mills, WI, and always went to Fish Fry on Friday nights with my family (my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins on my mom's side always stayed at the same place with us and had been going there since my grandparents got married). Yum.
